Our committed students who are results-driven spend an average of 10 hours a week on their job search up until they get hired. This includes up to 1 hour each week working with their Reality Programming mentor, with the remaining time spent on all of the activities set out in the program to find a job.

In New Zealand the job interview process takes a longer time. On average, our students apply for positions, attend interviews, hear back and sign a final offer within 5 months, even if it takes longer we will support you with weekly 1-on-1's until you succeed.
