We further personalize the track they've chosen to suit their specific needs and interests for each student.

One of the goals of Reality Programming as a program is to help even out the playing field for the underrepresented in the field of technology and demystify the part of your career that is not taught in work environments, in technical courses, in bootcamps and classrooms.

We train you to have a neutral accent and to pronounce business language words in English, and put your ideas forward in simple yet effective English phrases.. 

Our committed students who are results-driven spend an average of 10 hours a week on their job search up until they get hired. This includes up to 1 hour each week working with their Reality Programming mentor, with the remaining time spent on all of the activities set out in the program to find a job.

We have designed the program to run in parallel to your job search, guiding you throughout your job search instead of giving you extra work.

In New Zealand the job interview process takes a longer time. On average, our students apply for positions, attend interviews, hear back and sign a final offer within 5 months, even if it takes longer we will support you with weekly 1-on-1's until you succeed. 

Yes! We'll help you figure out if your offer is fair. We teach you how to negotiate your salary confidently. 

The purpose of the upfront fee is so that we can pay for our running costs such as website, our course platform, the time invested in tailoring the solution for you, the time involved in mentoring. All of this takes money and time to give quality.
